Tasty filling healthy snack for any occasion!
Ingredients
½ cup toasted millet
⅓ medium avocado
2 tbs fresh salsa or pico
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp cayenne
⅛ tsp Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
Heat saucepan over high heat
Add millet, stirring constantly until millet starts to pop
Slowly add 1 cup water and salt
Bring to a boil
Cook until all water has been absorbed and millet is translucent
In salad bowl, mix all ingredients
