I constantly encounter people who want to get healthy and fit, but they have soreness, knee soreness, joint issues, hip issues, basically any and all body parts that are chronically sore. A foam roller is a long tube of styrofoam that you use to roll the muscles in your upper and lower body in order to release the fascia that causes tension and muscle soreness. When this happens, your muscles relax, allowing your joints to heal faster and allow you to get stronger, stretch better, the list goes on.
