Taco BellTaco Bell Soft Taco.  I love the taste of them, I’m not gonna lie.  Many a late night driving around I’ve popped in, grabbed a few, and had them finished by the time I’ve gotten home.  However, with the recent lawsuit, let’s take a closer look at exactly what we’re eating:

 

“Yes, I’ll have a Taco Bell soft taco, please!”

“Taco Bell soft taco! Sure thing, that means you’ll be enjoying a “warm, soft, flour tortilla filled with seasoned ground beef, crisp, shredded lettuce, and real cheddar cheese” that actually is made of (from the website)

“Mmmmmm, load me up!!”

It’s all part of a nutritious, simple, affordable, handy daily meal, right?  Gotta feed our kids the right kinda stuff, right?  Make em grow up big and tall and strong!  Hmmmmm……maybe that 5 minute trip to the grocery store to buy actual chicken breasts, some whole grain tortillas and some low fat cheese, lettuce and tomato isn’t such a bad idea after all….I mean, 5 ingredients vs like 50…..just seems easier, right?
