Now, let’s pick out the best fitness program for you.  There are many options, so we should break it down to your needs and goals.  Some things I’d like you to think about –

  1. Are you looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or both?
  2. How much weight do you want to lose?
  3. What’s your current fitness level? How often do you currently workout or do physical activity?
