Remember those children’s Choose Your Own Adventure novels where you get to decide your own fate in the book, and you can go back and start over and end up with a different ending? They were great! One day you could walk into a mystical cave and end up in caveman times. Another day you could walk into that same cave and end up in the distant future. It all depended on the choices you made, and if you didn’t like the result all you had to do was start over for an entirely new ending!
If only life were like that, right? The good news is, in the case of your health & fitness, it can be!
So many people try to get in shape by doing something they hear about from a friend or relative, health magazine, and when they fail, they figure “well, that’s life, fitness isn’t for me” and they give up. If that sounds familiar, if you’ve tried and haven’t succeeded, I have great news for you!
