Taco Bell Soft Taco. I love the taste of them, I’m not gonna lie. Many a late night driving around I’ve popped in, grabbed a few, and had them finished by the time I’ve gotten home. However, with the recent lawsuit, let’s take a closer look at exactly what we’re eating:

It’s all part of a nutritious, simple, affordable, handy daily meal, right? Gotta feed our kids the right kinda stuff, right? Make em grow up big and tall and strong! Hmmmmm……maybe that 5 minute trip to the grocery store to buy actual chicken breasts, some whole grain tortillas and some low fat cheese, lettuce and tomato isn’t such a bad idea after all….I mean, 5 ingredients vs like 50…..just seems easier, right?
