Healthy Tasty Breakfast Hash
I love cooking! My friends have enjoyed my cooking and insisted that I share my recipes, so I have created Fit Dude Food! There will be MUCH more to come, but for now, please enjoy this simple breakfast hash!
My nutrition plan currently includes a meal of egg whites and sweet potatoes. Nothing exciting, but then again strict nutrition isn’t made to be exciting or tasty, it’s made to hit macronutrient ratios and fill slots for protein, fats, and carbs. I, however, LOVE actually enjoying my food and I love watching cooking shows, specifically the show Chopped on Food Network.
Chopped is a contest where four chefs are given baskets with the same secret ingredients, and they have a limited time to create a tasty meal. Often the ingredients are bizarre and don’t seem to go together, so what I love is how the chefs get outside their comfort zones to create truly inventive meals with limited ingredients. It inspired me to work harder on the food I am eating in my nutrition plan and not simply accept it as is, but truly make a meal out of it. Thus, Fit Dude Food was born. Hope you enjoy what’s to come!
