Millet Snack

Tasty filling healthy snack for any occasion!
Ingredients
- ½ cup toasted millet
- ⅓ medium avocado
- 2 tbs fresh salsa or pico
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp cayenne
- ⅛ tsp Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
- Heat saucepan over high heat
- Add millet, stirring constantly until millet starts to pop
- Slowly add 1 cup water and salt
- Bring to a boil
- Cook until all water has been absorbed and millet is translucent
- In salad bowl, mix all ingredients
- Enjoy!
